User Information

User information tab is available at the top right side enabling you to view the user information which includes below parameters.

• Profile (Number for SMS or profile name (Social media))
• Pre-configured User detail fields.
  • Name 
  • Gender
  • Location

You can also add the details by clicking on Edit button.

• User labels: Using this section you can easily select the preconfigured labels from the drop down menu or create a new label by clicking on manage labels as per your choice.
