Amplify CM is now equipped with a Inbox feature wherein if a customer has a query and shares the same over social media channels i.e. SMS, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter then that particular message can be responded easily using Inbox feature.
Inbox feature has built-in moderation capabilities and is available for the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter accounts and SMS users as well.
The inbox tab is automatically enabled whenever messaging is enabled for the bot. So Twitter, Instagram and Facebook will require messaging enabled before hand. For SMS accounts Inbox will be enabled by default.
