Message Entry Points

Users could interact with you by typing in text, tapping on a button (popup), clicking an ad, commenting on a post and all these entry points are referred as Message entry points.

These entry points can be labeled by the platform to indicate how the user started a conversation and the labels are used to filter or search the messages as well.

All the new conversations will be moved to the ‘Active’ tab only if the bot did not respond with an automated message.
