Engagements show all the comments where an action was taken either using Amplify CM or externally. For example, if a user comments on a post of unsweetened flavored water “Does it have any artificial sweeteners in it aspartame or sucralose,” then a brand can address the query by replying to the comment publicly as shown below. This action can be taken from Amplify's Comment Inbox or directly through the Facebook feed.

Engagements are classified into the following sub-tabs :
1.Hidden: Comments which are hidden as they reflect negative sentiment or contain hostile language
2.Banned Users: Users who posted comments with hostile sentiment or keywords are banned and will no longer be able to comment
3.Public Replies: Replies and reactions to user comments on the post or ad
4.Private Replies: Replies to the user sent privately via messenger
5.Likes: Comments which are liked as they reflect positive intent
6.Reviewed: Comments which have been reviewed by the brand
7.Deleted: Comments which are irrelevant to the post. For example a mention of competitor's brand can be deleted

For Facebook Pages, the Engagements related actions shown by Amplify can capture actions taken by the brand in the following ways:
1. Taken through Amplify's campaigns in automation.
2. Manually performed on the platform using Amplify's comment inbox
3. Manually performed externally using Facebook feed directly or a third-party tool
For Instagram Accounts, the Engagements related actions shown by Amplify can capture actions taken by the brand in the following ways:
1. Taken through Amplify's campaigns in automation.
2. Manually performed on the platform using Amplify's comment inbox
