What are comments and what metrics are shown on the dashboard?

Comments:

Comments are social engagements expressed by an end-user on organic or paid posts on a Facebook Page or Instagram Account. Once your Facebook page or Instagram Account is connected, we immediately start to capture comments, label them using our proprietary NLP technology, and categorize them into different tabs.

Metrics:

The comment activity section shows various metrics including total comments, actionable, non-actionable as well as engagements (actions taken via Amplify or externally, for example, public replies, private replies, hidden comments, etc.)
