Non-actionable comments are comments where no manual action is recommended. But we do suggest users browse through these comments since we label these comments with intent, keywords, and sentiment. So as an example, if a user comments “I love the product,” the comment shows up in the non-actionable tab as shown below:

If preferred, Amplify would allow you to set up a rule in ‘Tags’ to like such comments.
Furthermore, Non-actionable comments are classified into two sub tabs:
- Labeled comments
- Unlabeled comments

Labeled comments are categorized in such a way because the AI system has detected an intent or keyword group. But these comments did not match any specific tag and therefore we don't have any recommendations with respect to actions such as hide, reply, like etc.

Unlabeled comments don't have any recognized intents or keyword groups. These comments may have a sentiment score. We suggest you analyze such comments and see if there is any further training needed to recognize some user utterances.
