How to Customize Instagram Message Notifications ?

1. Open the App Settings:

Open the Instagram app and go to the profile page of the account from which you want to stop receiving notifications. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the screen to open the menu.


2. Access the Notifications Section:

Once in the settings menu, locate and select the "Notifications" option. This will take you to the main notification settings for the app.



3. Find the Messages Notification Settings:

Scroll through the "Notifications" menu until you see the "Messages" option. Tap on it to access message-specific notification settings.


4. Set Message Notifications to "From primary only":

Within the "Messages" notification settings, look for the option labeled "From primary only" and select it to ensure that you receive notifications only for messages in your primary inbox, excluding those in the general inbox or other folders.



This process ensures that you only receive notifications from your primary inbox, allowing for better management of your message alerts.
