To connect your Instagram inbox to a Facebook Page's inbox, you'll need to have an Instagram business account connected to your Facebook Page. Here are the steps to connect your Instagram inbox:
- Open your Facebook Page by clicking Here and click on "Inbox" in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the "Instagram Direct" tab.
- If you've already connected your Instagram account to your Facebook Page, click "Connect Account". If you haven't connected your Instagram account yet, click "Log In" and enter your Instagram credentials.
- Follow the prompts to authorise the connection between your Instagram account and your Facebook Page.
- Once the connection is complete, you'll see your Instagram Direct messages in your Facebook Page's inbox under the "Instagram Direct" tab.
Note that you'll only see Instagram Direct messages from users who have messaged your Instagram business account.
