In order to connect an Instagram account which doesn't have a Facebook page we need to first setup a demo business page post which we need to connect the page to Instagram account as usual.Please follow below steps to create a demo Facebook page.
Facebook Pages let you grow your business on and off Facebook. Pages come with a suite of free business tools that help you achieve your business goals.
Before you begin
- You must have a Facebook profile.
Create a Page (Use desktop computer)
To create a Page:
- From the Pages section, click Create new Page.
- Add your Page name and category.
- Add your Page's bio and click Create.
- (Optional) Add information, such as contact, location and hours, and click Next.
- (Optional) Add profile and cover photos, edit the action button and click Next.
- (Optional) Invite friends to connect with your Page, and click Next.
- Click Done.
You have created a Page in the new Pages experience.
Now you have successfully created a Facebook page and we need to connect the page to Instagram account.
Please follow below steps to connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account:
- From your Feed, click
Pages in the left menu.
- Click on your Page to go to it.
- In the left menu, scroll to the bottom and click
Page settings.
- Click Instagram in the left column, then click Connect Account.
- Toggle Allow access to Instagram messages in Inbox on or off. When on, it provides access to people who manage your Page to view and respond to Instagram messages.
- Click Confirm.
- Enter your username and password and click Log In.
- Click Connect account, then click Confirm.
