Broadcast allows to send SMS or MMS to users who have engaged with the bot. However before you start with SMS marketing, it’s best to learn the dos and don’ts of this channel.

Please Note :
- A SMS message is made up of one or more message segments (max of 10). A message segment includes up to 160 characters. The user always receives a single SMS message even if it is broken into multiple message segments. Message segments are primarily used for billing purposes.
- Under Time to Send use Later to schedule the broadcast to send at later time.
- SMS contain text and link and if a media is attached SMS gets converted to MMS.
- Video size of 1 MB can be attached as a media in MMS. Media also depends upon the Network carrier.
- You can add emoji using smiley emoji option at the bottom of the text box.
