Smart Replies are the automated public responses which can be configured to auto-respond to user comments publicly in the same thread.
For example, if you wish to share an automated public response to the comments with the text "where can i buy," you can create a smart reply which will respond with the URL to buy the product.
By using smart replies, repetitive tasks of replying to same comments with same responses will be automated, hence increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction through quick assist over the thread.
We would suggest caution before setting up smart replies. This is to ensure that users do not receive incorrect responses to their comments, which may reflect poorly on the brand. We suggest to first analyze the comments and understand how tags work. With a clear vision of which tags to be targeted with clear responses, you will be able to take advantage of smart replies.
To reduce the manual effort of replying to comments we have two components under smart replies :
1. Amplify Standard Campaign
2. Custom Campaign
Both campaigns require you to identify the percentage of comments to be targeted: not all positive comments need to be liked. Remember that each comment can have at most one tag.
