We can send up to one reply per comment per user (with no daily restriction).
-
Campaigns can have multiple Comment Replies (CRs); however, this depends on the system or objective we are trying to achieve.
- (i) The replies can be keyword-specific.
- (ii) The replies can be based on the sentiment of the user's comment.
- (iii) The replies can be sent on any comment, irrespective of intent.
Note: The above three options are subject to client approval and are based on project needs and requirements.
- The Comment Responder functionality has the capability to send comment reply 1, comment reply 2, and comment reply 3 consecutively if users continue to comment. Alternatively, a CR can be set up to send one response out of a set of pre-written responses, cycling through them.
How It Works:
- (i) When a user makes their first comment, they receive the first response (CR1).
- (ii) If they comment again, they receive the second response (CR2).
- (iii) This pattern continues with subsequent comments receiving CR3, CR4, and so on.
Note: A client may prefer to activate only one Comment Responder. In such instances, a user would only receive CR1 and would NOT receive subsequent responses.
Purpose: This approach can create a progressive interaction experience, guiding the user through a series of messages or steps based on their engagement.
- While implementing the Comment Responder on the brand page, the client can perform A/B tests, etc. These tests can compare different types of Comment Responders to determine which performs better.
Note: Comment Responders can be triggered by either keywords or NLP intent, provided the system is trained accordingly.
Comment Responder IG explained below:
a) As soon as the user types and posts a comment on the IG post, the comment responder comes into action, with a message notification appearing at the top as shown in the screenshot.
(b) A default message can be observed on the platform when the brand responds based on the user's comment on the post.
(c) Once the user clicks on the notification, it takes them to the DM where the user and brand interact.
(d) Buttons and QRB's combined cannot be included in Instagram comment replies, only one or another..
