How to set up Click to Messenger Ad with Another page using Facebook ad Manager ?

To create a campaign ,please follow below mentioned steps :

1. Tap on All Tools.
   
   
2. Tap on Ads Manager.
   
   
   
   
3. A new window will open up on your screen. Tap on Create.
   
   
   
   
4. Under Choose a Campaign Objective, tap on Engagement.
   
   
   
   
5. Hit Continue.
   
   
   
   
6. Select Manual Engagement Campaign from the next pop up on your screen and hit Continue.
   
   
   
   
7. Enter a Campaign Name.
   
   
   
   
8. Hit Next.
   
   
   
   
9. Enter an Ad Set Name.
   
   
   
   
10. Make sure under conversion, Messaging Apps is selected.
    
    
    
    
11. Under Ad type, make sure Click to Message is selected.
    
    
    
    
12. Select appropriate Facebook page from the drop down menu on which you want to run the campaign.
    
    
    
    
13. Under Messaging Apps, make sure Messenger is selected.
    
    
    
    
14. Hit Next.
    
    
    
    
15. Enter an Ad Name.
    
    
    
    
16. Make sure to turn on Ad Preview to see the ad that is make in progress.
    
    
    
    
17. Scroll down to Ad setup under which you can select Single Image or video and then upload a image or video of your choice from Ad creative section.
    
    
    
    

18. You’ll need to input all the elements that make up your ad more creative : images, videos, copy, etc. All of these can be found in the Ad Creative section.

    • Update the Primary text, Headline and Description (if any).
    • Upload the image or video from Add Media option
      
      
    • Toggle on Send people to chat with another Page.
    • Select the destination page that you'd like your ad to start a conversation with. You must have permission to manage a Page to select them as the destination page.
    • Select Send Messages from the drop down menu under Call To Action tab.
19. Scroll down and select Create New from drop down menu under Message Template. Under Message template section click on Start Conversations and click on Edit option.
    
    
    
    
20. Under Greetings tab select Text & Image and Update text which you wish to present as greeting to your users and upload an image to make the ad more creative.
    
    
    
    
21. Scroll down to Customer Actions tab, select Quick Replies from the drop down menu and update the name of the quick reply button to the name of your choice for example "Chat now".
    
    
    
    

22. Post which select Connect your bot from drop drown menu available under Automated Response tab and paste the Payload details (Payload details will be shared by Amplify) to connect the bot and click Save & Finish.
    
    

    You can also click on preview in messenger button to check look and feel of how your ad will look when it goes live.
23. After you hit Save and Finish, you'll be redirected to the last page, there scroll down and Locate the URL parameters tab and paste the ref code (Ref code will be provided by Amplify) in the dialog box.
    
    
    
    
24. When you are done filling in all the above information, click Publish.
    
    
    
    

    That’s it — you’ve made your first ad campaign on Facebook !

User Experience :

When the user clicks or taps on the ad, they will be taken to a conversation with your business in Messenger and receive the message you specified as your Messenger content.

To protect the user's privacy, this conversation is only visible to the advertiser/developer after user takes an action in the conversation (sending a message, tapping on quick reply, or tapping a CTA).
