How to share access of Facebook page via Amplify Dashboard ?

In order to share access you need to connect your Facebook page with Amplify Dashboard.

To connect please follow below mentioned steps :

1. Once you sign up with us, you will receive an email with your credentials that you can use to log in our Comment Moderation dashboard.

2. Log in to your Amplify CM account. You will see the following landing page :

3. To connect your Facebook page, locate the profile option on upper right corner and click on the same. Post which you will be able to see social media account option.

4.Click on the same and you will be able to see Link Social Profile option in upper right side. Click on the same.

5.Once you click you will be able to see Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube options. Select Facebook.

6.After selecting Facebook and you will be redirected to login page, where you will be required to login into Facebook account.Once you are done you will be presented with IG accounts and Facebook pages which are linked to your Facebook account.

Here you have option to select the Facebook page and IG account for which you wish to share access to Amplify.

Along with the above you will be presented with the permissions which are required by Amplify.Refer below images.

7. Once you have shared the permissions you will be presented with a below confirmation.

7. Click on OK button as you have successfully connected the page.

8.As a next step you will have to select the Facebook page where you wish to deploy the bot on Amplify CM dashboard.Select the page and click on Next button.

9.After clicking Next you will be presented to select IG account as well.Post which you can select the available account from the list and move forward by clicking on Ready to Amplify.

10. You have successfully shared the access to selected Facebook page through Dashboard.You can also view the connected pages in the dashboard under social media accounts.
