How to share access of Instagram account via Amplify Dashboard ?

In order to share access you need to connect your Instagram Account with Amplify Dashboard.

To connect please follow below mentioned steps :

1. Once you sign up with us, you will receive an email with your credentials that you can use to log in our Comment Moderation dashboard.

2. Log in to your Amplify CM account. You will see the following landing page :

3. To connect your Instagram page, locate the profile option on upper right corner and click on the same. Post which you will be able to see social media account option.

4.Click on the same and you will be able to see Link Social Profile option in upper right side. Click on the same.

5.Once you click you will be able to see Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube options. Select Instagram.

6.After selecting Instagram and you will be redirected to login page, where you will be required to login into Facebook account.Screenshot_at_Apr_10_14-49-39.png

Once you are done you will be presented with option to connect your Instagram account to Facebook.If IG account is connected with FB page you will be directed to point 9.

Incase Instagram account is not connected with Facebook page you will be presented with window to connect the IG account to FB page.

7. Proceed by clicking on Get Started and Enter the login details.Screenshot_at_Apr_10_17-02-48.png

8. Once you have clicked on Login you will asked to review connection between Facebook page and IG account.Review the same and click on Next. Screenshot_at_Apr_10_17-03-26.png

9.Next you will asked which IG business accounts you wish to use with Amplify.ai.Select the account and click and Next. Screenshot_at_Apr_10_17-04-17.png

10. Now you will be asked about what pages you wish to use with Amplify.ai. Select the same and click Next.

11. Next you will be requested to share the permissions about what Amplify.ai is allowed to do and check the box in front of permissions and click on Done. Screenshot_at_Apr_10_17-04-51.png

12. You have successfully linked Amplify to Facebook page. Click on OK. Screenshot_at_Apr_10_17-05-07.png

13. Now you will be redirected to CM dashboard where you will be requested to select the IG account to link.Select the IG account and click to "READY TO AMPLIFY" Screenshot_at_Apr_10_17-05-51.png
