You can set up Templates to create shortcuts for common public responses. This way, your customer support team does not need to type the response, saving time and eliminating the risk of typos.
To create Templates, first select 'Templates' along the left dropdown; then, select 'Create New Template' as shown below.
From there, enter a Template Name and the Template Text. The Template text will then be the public response when it is used. To finish, select 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.
You Template is created and ready to go! It can be used when responding to comments manually in the comment inbox or in automation when setting up smart replies. Once you save your template, it will appear in 'Templates' along the left dropdown, like so.
From here, you may choose to edit or delete each template by selecting the relevant options to the right of each template.
