Inbox Labels are a versatile feature in 2.0, designed to help you efficiently filter the inbox, group specific users, troubleshoot cases, and exclude certain users from future broadcasts.

Applications of Labels:
Labels are highly flexible and can be used in various scenarios to improve efficiency and targeting. Here are some examples:
1. Troubleshooting Conversations
Assign a label (e.g., "Troubleshooting Required") to conversations needing further review. Team members can filter by this label to focus on high-priority cases.
2. Grouping Users for Messaging
Labels can group users for mass messaging, especially useful for SMS accounts:
-
Assign a label to relevant users (e.g., "Winner Selection").
-
Sort the inbox by this label.
-
Select all conversations with the label.
-
Send a message or template to the group.
3. Excluding Users from Broadcasts
Labels can also help anti-target users for future broadcasts. For example:
-
Assign a label (e.g., "Exclude from Broadcast") to specific users.
-
Communicate this label to the broadcast team to exclude these users from future campaigns.
