Marketing Message Limitations

You are allowed to send a maximum of three messages within a 24-hour period, with the following considerations:

1. All three messages must be dispatched within a two-minute window, permitting only one broadcast per day. The 24-hour window restriction doesn't apply in this case.
   
   
2. Once a person has opted in to receiving marketing messages, you can send up to three follow-up messages. These messages must be sent within two minutes of the first follow-up message. The second and third follow-up messages cannot exceed 250 characters. These follow-up messages can be sent per day and it should align with account/bot time zone.
