1. Sentiment analysis
Sentiment analysis refers to the use of natural language processing, text analysis, and computational linguistics to systematically identify and quantify information.
Amplify CM analyzes the comments and generates the sentiment score on predefined sentiment scales. For example, comments with overwhelmingly negative language will be labeled with a negative sentiment, which will be a useful trend to understand. The platform will automatically detect the sentiment and generate a score which can be negatively scored such as moderately negative, very negative, extremely negative OR positively scored such as moderately positive, very positive, extremely positive OR neutrally scored.

2. Sentiment Score
Sentiment scores are extremely useful in monitoring social media platforms in regards to likes and dislikes about a product or service and getting an overview of public opinion about a certain promotion. Sentiment scores essentially help you gather information regarding the tone of comments, reactions, user experience etc.
Amplify CM classifies sentiments using the score and presents the data on the dashboard. You can further filter down into comments with a specific score by tapping on the dashboard, which takes you to the comment inbox.
