How to connect your social media accounts?

Link your Facebook and Instagram pages with Amplify Lite effortlessly and efficiently.

For users logging in for the first time, the journey should flow as follows:

1. Once you sign up with us, you will receive an email with your credentials that you can use to log in

2. Log in to your Amplify CM account.

3. Next, click on 'Link Social Profiles,' which is visible on the right-hand corner of the screen. This will allow you to connect Facebook Page(s) and Instagram Account(s).

4. After you click on the above you will receive the following prompt. Please tap 'Continue' to allow the Amplify app to fetch the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts connected to your profile

5. In the next step, you can select the pages you wish to link to Amplify CM and subsequently any Instagram accounts that are connected to those Facebook pages.

6. We require permissions required by Facebook in order to receive comments from your feeds

7. Once you allow permissions, you will have successfully linked to the product and you will see the following screen

If the creator is using our integrated signup tool, the process will prompt them with easy step-by-step questions—like the ones shown in the images below. This guides them smoothly through switching to a professional account and selecting their profile type (e.g., Creator or Business), making the linking process simpler and quicker.

8. Next, you can select the Facebook pages and Instagram Accounts to connect into the Amplify CM dashboard

Once you have selected the pages, click on 'Ready to Amplify' and the pages or accounts will be connected. 

When you log in again to access the dashboard, you may decide to connect additional Instagram accounts or Facebook pages. The user journey should flow as follows:

1. Go to your user profile and select 'Social Media Accounts.' Here you will be able to see and navigate through the social media accounts that have already been connected to Amplify Lite

2. Simply select the social media platform you wish to connect to and select the page you wish to connect and add any additional pages you wish to link and the flow should be the same as the previous pages

3. You can select any Facebook pages linked to your account and subsequently any Instagram pages linked to those accounts. At this time, the user has to connect a Facebook page first before connecting an Instagram Account due to a Facebook API limitation.
