1. Go to Meta Business Manager and select the account you want to update and track WhatsApp campaign.
2. In the left menu, as shown, navigate to Accounts -> WhatsApp Accounts. The details are displayed on the main screen. Hover over the arrow and click on it.
3. On this screen, a summary of the WhatsApp account is visible. We can choose the edit options and update the basic details on the screen as shown below. Click "Confirm" to go to the next screen.
Also, on the same screen, down below is the 'WhatsApp Manager' button. Click here to update the profile info, track conversation costs, and much more.
5. As we can see the details of the account in WhatsApp Manager, go to the settings to update WhatsApp profile content.
6. In the next screen, under settings, select 'Insights.' Here, we can keep track of a few things like 'Messaging limits.' The messaging limit can be adjusted according to the requirements or performance of the campaign.

As shown in (i), we can upload the profile photo, display name, and category. We also send the request here for the approval of a verified WhatsApp Business Account.

As shown in (ii), we can provide a short description of the purpose or business in the description and provide contact details such as address, email, and website links.

As we observe in the screen, we can see the preview of the details on the right side of the screen, whatever we filled.
