Filling out Client Information- Senders request

This section explains how to accurately fill the Client information in second section of Senders Request.Once you have purchased the phone number you will be presented with below tabs :

Above information is submitted to WhatsApp and checked if the business is complaint with WhatsApp commerce and Business policy.In case any information is missed or inappropriate the request will be denied and resubmission will be required which will eventually take another 5-7 days.Hence to avoid the loss of time its suggested to read the guidelines below :

1. Business display name : This is a mandate field where you need to mention the business name which will appear to users when you send a message.When you add a new phone number to your WhatsApp Business account in the Meta Business Manager, you assign a display name to it. The display name is used to create a certificate that is required to register a WhatsApp Business platform account.

Display names should be related to your business and must not violate WhatsApp Commerce and Business policies. In addition, the display name must comply with our display name guidelines to send messages using the WhatsApp Business platform or to qualify for the WhatsApp official business account.Read here to view guidelines and few display name templates and .

Please note : WhatsApp rejects profile "display names" that don't match the business name and the Facebook Business Manager name.

2. Company Address  : This is optional field and companies address needs to be mentioned here.

3. Company Email : This is optional field and companies official email address needs to be mentioned here.

4. Website : This is optional field and companies official website needs to be mentioned here.

5. Additional Website :This is optional field and any additional website can be mentioned here.

6. Vertical : This is optional field and companies vertical needs to be selected from the drop down menu.For example if it is a movie studio you can select Entertainment.

7. Link to logo : This is a optional field and if you wish to upload a logo of your company as a display image of your profile.You can upload the logo as per dimension, size and format mentioned below in a link and update the link in the tab.
