What are Topic Trends?

Overview

The Topic Trends section shows you top-of-mind topics based on analyzing the last 30 days of comments in your feeds. If any topic in the form of a word, phrase, or question experiences a surge in popularity or frequency, you can observe that in these graphs.

For example, eCommerce businesses can check social media trends to understand consumer interests, get insights about customer service issues or the popularity of a specific product.

How to use Topic Trends

After analyzing the patterns, you will get an idea about what type of keyword should be added to keyword groups or use this information to inform your social care team.

There are 3 sections under topic trends:

1.Words

This section enables you to view the top trending words in the last 30 days and frequently mentioned words are highlighted giving you an idea of creating custom keywords and tags.

2.Questions

This section enables you to view the top trending questions in the past 30 days. Frequently asked questions are shown in the larger text so that you can plan your replies accordingly.

3.Phrases

This section highlights top phrases mentioned in last 30 days, giving you an overview of what additional intents or keywords needs to be created for labeling.
